We’re excited to invite you to a special morning of practical gardening know-how with Hilltop’s very own plant expert, Carmel. On Saturday 30th August, from 10am to 12pm, Carmel will be guiding a small group through a relaxed, hands-on workshop covering mulching, preparing your garden for winter, splitting perennials, and starting a compost bin. You’ll even get to take home some of the plants you work with!

Spaces are limited and the cost is just £39.99, which includes drinks and expert guidance in our friendly Hilltop style. We’re welcoming The Sharpener back to Hilltop Garden Centre this June to give your hardworking garden tools a well-earned tune-up! From secateurs and shears to spades and lawnmower blades, keeping your tools sharp not only makes gardening easier but helps your plants stay healthy too.

Whether you're tackling summer pruning, planting or tidying up the borders, sharp tools make all the difference. So bring yours along on Saturday 21st June between 2pm and 4pm, and let the expert work his magic while you enjoy a browse or relax with a drink in our café.
